Mostly because sweaters are involved and I just purchased this lovely little red teacher cardigan from the Kate Spade surprise sale and I'm super stoked for it to arrive on my doorstep.
But also because there's all kinds of fun things to do with the kiddos at school. ...and time passes so quickly with the breaks thrown in the schedule. We will jump right in tomorrow by finishing up our Pumpkin Math project from last week.
As usual on a Sunday evening I'm prepping lunches for the week, running through lesson plans in my head (I'll document them before school in the morning) and making sure I have my ducks in a row for the next five days. I just switched my Scentsy scent to a festive cinnamon so it's delightful and low key around here.
My B-week Mondays include a pretty rock star schedule, including a two hour and forty five minute library-lunch-recess-PE specialist schedule, so I have plenty of time to prep my next few weeks at school. It makes for a delightful Sunday evening.
This might be teacher heaven.
So I'll probably curl up with my latest literary adventure- Her Fearful Symmetry by Audrey Niffenegger (author of the Time Traveler's Wife)- and enjoy the rain that has made it's home in the Pacific Northwest for the season. Have a wonderful week- don't forget to stop and enjoy the season!
**This should say nothing in particular but clearly my editing skills are lacking and my computer is much too slow for me to go back and fix that error. My apologies. |

I'm totally jealous of your schedule! And what's your newest Scentsy scent? Do tell! :) My latest favorites are Lucky in Love and Luna.

It's Clove & Cinnamon and I just love it! I would have it on year round, but it kind of feels like a holiday scent so I save it for colder weather days.
DeleteHi to the Pacific Northwest from the East Coast. :) Thanks for sharing the book Her Fearful Symmetry! I read Time Traveler's Wife a while ago and loved it. I'm headed to go grab this one. Sounds like a great day tomorrow. Enjoy!
