If you follow my blog, then you know I love this nerdy stuff. I often times have people ask me how I manage to stay "up to date" on so many different education ideas or technology updates. I don't necessarily feel like I am that current on that much, but I must admit that technology has become a somewhat unexpected hobby of mine. I think I know about as much as a teenager.
So I thought I'd put together a list of education(ish) things/companies/websites that I follow both professionally and personally. Social media keeps it pretty simple to get the news delivered to you without actually doing anything about it. I don't follow every company on all of it's social media because they typically post the same thing to everything (facebook, twitter, google+, etc) so if I follow one, I feel like I've got it. However, I do randomly choose which social media outlook to choose just to keep me regularly checking each of them and feel "hip and with it". I have apps for each, so I can click quickly and read some highlights if I need to.
After I put this all in writing, it does seem like a lot... I swear it doesn't seem like that much when I'm getting daily updates and I can breeze through them.
So here it is...organized by social media outlet, complete with links. It's a tad bit lengthy, but a quick read...I promise! Click away!
